At present @FRIENDS employs approx. 550 qualified call centre agents at the sites in Bielefeld and Brunswick. In an area of around 3,500 square metres we are running approx. 270 computer-assisted telemarketing seats. A management and administration team of currently 50 staff is your guarantor for competent project control and consequent pursuit of your project targets.

At all sites @FRIENDS employs state-of-the-art IT infrastructure and professional telecomms solutions in the field of ACD- and dialler technologies. Site networking is just as natural for us as deploying new media and methodology.
