
While studying Economics with a focus on Personnel Matters and Accountancy at the Bielefeld University of Applied Sciences, she was working as a call centre agent in the in- and outbound sector for a big German service provider in the telemarketing & merchandising field. After finishing her studies in 1996 she started working for that enterprise, first in project management in the promotion area of activity, then running the management secretary’s office for three years. When @FRIENDS was founded, Wencke Jehn first took on the tasks of an assistant and a secretary. Due to her thorough training and practical experience she has also been responsible for all operative issues in HR as an expert on HR questions since 2002. She deals with all personnel-relevant processes and advises the management with regard to all issues concerning industrial law.
