
After studying Literature, English and Pedagogics Julia Zureikat spent almost 3 years in Jordan. She worked there in the field of guest-relation management at a big hotel and gained experience by working for a leading advertising agency in the production of jingles, waiting periods and TV spots. In 1995 she joined telephone marketing and went through all positions of an inbound and outbound agent in two big call centers. Via the position of a supervisor she became a project manager at the beginning of 1999 and oversaw big inbound campaigns as well as outbound projects in b2b and b2c.
Today she attends to key customers in the publishing business and industries with a focus on outbound telephony. Moreover, she passes her profound knowledge at @FRIENDS consulting and training sessions at home and abroad.
