Dr. Dagmar Siller

Since July 2002 Dagmar Siller has been working for @FRIENDS, heading a team of 50 staff today. She is in charge of qualitative and quantitative planning and monitoring of various outbound projects in the consumer sector. The Italian has quite an unusual curriculum vitae: she studied veterinary medicine in Vienna and worked as a vet for two years. After that she embarked on her second career: already during her time as a call centre agent she supported @FRIENDS in the administrative sector and after working as a project assistant the became project manager in the outbound sector in October 2005. .
