
While studying Sociology, Politics and Media Sciences focussing on social communication and process assistence in context with teamwork Nadine Friedberg worked as a call-center agent in various outbound projects for @FRIENDS. Afterwards she supported @FRIENDS in the field of administration. It was her highly social and professional competence that awarded her the position of a project manager Outbound within just one year. There, she is in charge of planning, organising and training staff in the consumer field. Today she is responsible for a team of up to 50 agents.
