
After studying philosophy and sociology, Gabriele Milse worked from March 2000 as a call center agent at @FRIENDS in a variety of Outbound projects. She has supported the team as a project assistant in the administration area since January 2001. She was initially responsible for the entire Inbound area at our Bielefeld call center, changing in 2002 to the Outbound division. In her role as a project assistant, she has since supported the most varied Outbound projects at a leading telecommunications company. She has had sole responsibility as a junior project manager for various projects in the consumer area since March 2007. The emphasis of her duties in this respect is on topics in the area of telecommunications.
