
During her law studies and further training as a personnel specialist Bettina Heldberg came into contact with the telephone as a means of communication and sales via various jobs. Because of her enthusiasm for this topic, after her studies, she went to one of the leading branch banks as an agent and took on responsibility of customer care. Afterwards she focussed on setting up 24-hour service as a project manager at a German telemarketing provider. Since 2001 she has worked as a project manager at @FRIENDS. At first she was in charge of the whole inbound at our Bielefeld call center. Presently, she focusses on organising a complex customer-winning campaign for a leading telecommunications company in b2b. She controls all quantitative and qualitative aspects of the project.
