Gunhild Bentlage

After studying Chemistry Gunhild Bentlage changed to the field of professional customer service in 1990 and was an executive in customer service at a big sender company. Since 2000 she has been a project manager Inbound for @FRIENDS and she adds to our team with her established experience in customer contact and especially in a professional organisation of complex customer-service topics. Today she is in charge of the qualitative as well as quantitative control of all inbound-specific projects. In 2001 she was able to gain experience in the outbound sector as a substitute overseeing product management.
