Marc Gobbetto

As the business manager for marketing, sales and business development Marc Gobbetto is one of the founding partners of @FRIENDS. Since 1989 he has been in the call-center market and since 1994 in the coaching market. After his training as a coach and his communications studies at a leading private academy he has experienced all positions from an agent to a business manager. He is an acknowledged expert in telemarketing and modern customer-relation management in Germany. Marc Gobbetto is married and has a little son. Due to his Italian roots he is well-known for accomplished "ars vivendi".
